- The Clark Deep Hollowing System(US patent 7,191,689 B2) and companion Clark Steady Rest can be used on the smallest projects up to the largest that will fit on your lathe. It is useful for more than just deep hollowing. It can be set up to do external turning with an extra base. See the video to see how it is done. We have the Clark Mini Hollowing System for 12-14 inch swing lathes.
- Clark Deep Hollowing System for 16 inch and larger swing lathes. The basic system includes 48″ hollowing bar, angle of attack adjustment feature, cross bar and uprights with attachment plate with bolt and washer. A cutter and holder for that cutter are options. There are a variety of cutters and holders and these can be custom made for you.
- There are various optional accessories such as the guarded tool rest, the laser system,1/2 & 5/8″ adapters, side handle or end handle, extra base for external turning, cutters and straight and curved holders, lathe extender base, Fulcrum Support Tube, and video thickness guide that takes the place of the laser and includes a video camera and TV. We now have a segmented bar as well that is shown on video. To order a segmented bar you can just let me know in the note section what length bar is desired and then order the 14″ or 18″ extension as an additional accessory.
